History: The grandson of Avengers villain Count Nefaria and the son of Madame Masque, Antonia has been challenged by his father to make a name for himself. To that end, he has been slowly assembling an army of super-villains, quietly taking these super-villains off the board, training and organizing them for the greatest scheme any villain has ever achieved. He has undergone ionic energy treatments to give himself super-powers
The Lethal Legion
All previously active super-villains, the Crimson Cowl has slowly been assembling this team, asking them to put aside current acts of criminality and villainy in order to wait for the biggest payoff of them all.
